the same situation, I click on quick save, and after when I try to boot, the game freezes
P.S. in multiplayer, I have not tried it alone

known issue in 2.45. if you have to reload quit the game and load form there again. if you do it in the moment via quick load, it can take 30 min or longer.
No Support via PM!
