weird thing in Modmanager

Along these lines - I seem to be having a similar issue in Modmanager - i just downloaded v245 & the Middle Eastern add-on for the first time i unzip them all into the mod folder as per usual. I open the game go to Modmanager enable Promods v245 but the Middle East pack does not appear, is there something special i need to do with the addon for it to work?

Also when i enter the game to actually drive, my RTTBS cities are gone, I checked to make sure the DLC was enabled in Steam & it is - any help would be great.

It's not the correct folder.
Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/mod is the one you're looking for

LashofSnow, are you supposed to run PM2.43 or PM2.45?
If PM2.45 + ME, then you have those files in the wrong folder.
Your PM2.43 folders are in the correct folder.
