Promods crashes all the time

Hello, I recently got the Promods 2.45. It works fine, but for some reason, when it loads, some cities, countries are missing, and some highways are not complete, like the normal Promods. I downloaded everything that Promods has

My mods are all ok. They never caused problems.

Please help. It's strange to play like that
