Game is crashing while approaching to customs

Hello friends, my problem is written in the subject filed. Here is the errors on game.log;

I'm also using these workshop mods. This problem started after I installed version 2.46. Also this did not happened with any versions before.

I can see it as a uploaded picture but I'll change the image hosting and upload again. Also, I'll upload the log again too, thank you for informing.

According to here it is not compatible with 1.37 / latest DLC.
