Repeating loading crash with ProMods 1.95

Getting a crash when loading up an old save file (which all of them are old). Saves are heavily modified, but that doesn't seem to be an issue. The issue is likely the latest version of ProMods is incompatible with the latest version of ETS2 (which is currently 1.18.1.1). I have the Steam version.

Running an old save without ProMods (or any mods at all), the save loads fine. The files have been correctly installed (triple-checked). It has the def file and everything.

For 1.95 the Scandinavian DLC is required, with 2.0 both DLC's will be a requirement
The same goes for most map mods as you have a lot of extra assets (game model) you can use

Use 1.91 until you have "upgraded" your ETS2 installation (limk to compat and download page)
1.95 is basically 1.91 without ProMods Scandinavia by merged with Scandinavian DLC

You are missing DLC Scandinavia, which is required to run ProMods 1.95.

You can switch back to 1.91 from Compatibility tab, and remember to download the compatibility patch too.

Sorry for the late response. Thanks for this, but it seems my failure to read the readme of this requirement was my downfall. It clearly said that it requires the DLC.
I got the nearly $20 DLC and the map mod works now. I am glad to see there's a way to get the 1.91 version (though I haven't played ETS2 in many months) to downgrade. Glad to see there's a 'free' version.

But what do you mean that "in 2.0, it will require both DLCs"? What second DLC? I got 'Going East!' and this one (and got the Fantasy Paint Jobs Pack for free when I bought it on the Humble store). Don't see any other map-related DLCs on Steam.

You already mentioned both DLCs that will be required for 2.0:

1. Going East
2. Scandinavia.

it means that for now going east isnt required (only scandinavia is required) but you can still use it, and in 2.0 you must have both of them so you can run 2.0
