Without the game log we really can't do anything
It's located in the same folder as where you found the mod folder
Please upload here between code tags or use pastebin.co, dropbox or similar service if too large

You don't have the Scandinavia DLC installed. This is REQUIRED to run ProMods 1.95 and beyond. Roll back to ProMods 1.91 + Patch 1.17 fix or buy the Scandinavia DLC.
