Just driving along, and on a new road I haven't driven on yet(I took a detour just to drive on it), and all the sudden I fell through the road and kept falling as if I was on my way to the center of the Earth. Here are the pictures and a screenshot of where I was on the map (Roads disappeared after I fell through).
You're probably running ProMods on ETS2 1.19, these versions are not compatible yet
