Today I updated euro turck 2 to version 1.20 now my map v1.91 will work with red textures and all lights on trucks have red squares on with text inserted when I press brakes a red square comes on it worked well before this update ah whats wrong

Red squares or blocks indicate missing textures. You must downgrade to ETS2 1.18 to run 1.91.

Open Steam -> go to your Libraries -> right-click on ETS2 -> select Properties -> open Betas tab -> select one of the files saying "1_18". Now your Steam should downgrade to 1.18.

Or you can save some money and purchase DLC Scandinavia and download ProMods 1.97.

I Have the game on cd original I bought promods 1.91 installed worked fine now I update to 1.20and I have these red textures how do I downgrade in cd form I then bought euro truck 2 on steam with going east and dlc installed I downloaded v1.96 and v1.97 and these maps will not work on steam version 1.20 so what can I do I love the promods maps superb but I can not get them to work I now inserted my c d copy and now 1.91 will not work on v1.20 update SOMETHING WRONG oh THANK YOU so much

First, version 1.97 is compatible with ETS2 1.20.

Second, you need BOTH DLCs (East and North) for any version of ProMods after 1.91 to work.

Try these two ideas with the steam version.

I only have DLC added not East and North is this my problem

East and North are the DLCs.

How can you save money by buying DLC Scandinavia,to me thats costing more money not saving money,makes no sence.

You totally misunderstood me, there is the word "and". IMO I said clear enough that you first need to save money, then purchase DLC North.

It makes perfect sense for those who paid attention during their English classes...
