Did not know where to post this as many sections say that installation issues will not be dealt with, so since I could not find a section that dealt with these issues then I will post this in the relevant section.

Anyway your download provider is very slow. I am averaging speeds of less than 500KB/s. My internet does not have a problem as I am on 150MB fibre optic and did a speedtest:
Download: 148MB/s
Upload: 9Mb/s

I have downloaded ProMods before and completed all the download in less than 5 minutes. This 1.98 update has taken over an hour and has only done around 50% of the download. I cancelled and restarted to see if it was a glitch but no it is still slow. I know this is out of your power but it would be nice to notify you.

Nothing wrong in your end.

There are multiple (possibly thousands) of downloads at the same time and it gives some stress to the server which slows your Internet speed.

Sorry for not providing enough information. I was using the free method, which I know is slower than the paid method but not to this extent.

Anyway today is a new a day and so hopefully the download servers will be faster.
When I get round to it I will think about donating as this mod is amazing, just needs to be supported by MP then I would have paid ages ago lol.

Support for MP is something out of our control unfortunately

Zippyshare tends to go up & down depending on loads per file, usually I average 400kb/s when I test the links.
I've heard reports of people getting up to 10MB/s with the pay links

I never had problems with free links. Fast enough imo. Matter of seconds to download every part

I am having issues with the def, no matter how many times I try and make sure I select rusmap and I like my job map to be green and 8x sound, my map is not centered right and my job map is the default color.

I was also getting corrupted files so the def was not showing in the mod manager at all sometimes.

Inside the RusMap def is the game_data.sii which overwrites the ProMods def file.

It sounds like you have another mod that is taking priority. Ensure the ProMods def is loaded with the highest priority

i can try, I had it this exact way I do now with the 97 and everything worked. unless the rusmap doesn't like the new scs update. I just updated because of the dlc, which on a side note is kind of lame, I don't klnow how euro truckers can have all that shit in your window and drive, here you get a fine if you have crap all over your dash. and I like to see where im going. I ditched the rusmap for awhile and I think I will again, its a good map but it over complicates my life every time I try to update with it. thanks.
