Crashes on start up

Hi Guys,
Never having used pro mod before with ETS 2. I downloaded the map from the paid site unpacked the download and started the game. It promptly crashed when showing the promods splash screen. Thinking this might be a conflict with one of my mods, I deactivated all of my mods just leaving trucksim map and promods activated. Started the game again with the same result. Again thinking I might have downloaded a corrupt file I redownloaded from the paid site with the same problem. Can someone tell me where the heck I am going wrong.

It won't work. TSM or ProMods.

Indeed. TSM and ProMods are inherently incompatible due to the large number of conflicts and huge overlap of map areas.
