Hello.
My brother wants ProMods installed on his PC, but he is using Linux and he don't want to do any potentially malicious things, such as ZippyShare etc. Is there any way to download this with wget / any normal Linux download manager? Extracting files won't be problem, he is using his compiled 7-Zip.
How I can download these ProMods files with wget?

If your brother is a Linux user he should know better.. There are virtually no viruses for Linux machines whatsoever..
And Zippyshare is a trusted downloadsite, they don't host malware.
