On the highway 45, speed has been set to 60 km/h instead of normally 80 on other highways, dont know if it is like that on the whole road but it is like this from the start of the northern part near Oberhausen

Have downloaded promods-001-hotfix-v216 But the problem is there when you drive south from where the oil street closes the road until you reach the bridge in Murmansk

Did you establish this with the hotfix or without? Because the issue near the border was caused by the fact that the some signs did not have the correct rules, and I have adapted them. So in principle the other areas near Murmansk should be ok too

I have made promods-001-hotfix-v216 against the map and mod manager it highest priority . Has no other maps in the game but there are no changes from Norway border to Murmansk.The problem is only if you drive south.
