Hada trip to Barcelona and when I got to the drop off point there was no green icon to indicate the drop off point although I was at the right location according to the satnav. I could see the white outline where you would dropmoff the cargo but NO green icon! Whne I cancelled the delivery the icon showed up!!!

What company was that?

You probably have set the delivery difficulty. If you set that, your drop off location is automatic shown, you don't get the green icon. The green icon is only for pickup and for delivery if you don't have the delivery difficulty set.
