This time I found a little split between dealer and terrain in munich.

I hope you can see it on the picture because the blurry view could make some pain in the eyes. (I'm sorry for that...)
Anyway I found another one but I have to take a look again because I forgot to make a picture.

I also found the bug. Coordinates that Noah gave are correct.



There is also terrain gap as you can see in the picture. Truck dealer prefab is an old prefab so it needs to be placed manually.

Yes, this texture cap exists, not quite bug(?) tought. Just was passing Münich and remembered this and check.

Edit: Got only PM map and no map additions.
