[#28939] [2.16] Speed issues at BAB1/BAB3 interchange in Germany

The single lane segments of this interchange have a 60 kph truck speed limit between the various fork prefabs in the collector/distributor lanes.
The speed changes are not signed and appear to be a property of the roadway segments themselves.
The speed displayed on the GPS is signed as 80 kph while on the fork prefabs in the C/D lanes.

This bug is confirmed and it's already reported in internal bugtracking system with the case #28939.

Anyway remember to add screenshot to bug reports, but of course you can do this in this system.
