[ProMods 2.16] Glowing/fluorescent fences on some highway segments

I was driving from the west tip of France to somewhere in Poland, and I believe it was somewhere near Koln that it turned into night, there was no lighting, yet the fences on both sides are illuminated like a runway. I didn't have my hi-beams on, yet the fences are illuminated all the way down.
I don't know if this also happens somewhere else, as this was the first day I use ProMods and ran into night.
