[2.17] Priority issues at intersections on the E20 in Sweden

I found a couple of priority issues with the AI at two intersections on the E20 highway in Sweden:

It appears that left turns are getting priority over oncoming traffic when heading north on the E20 at this location.
Oncoming traffic should not be yielding to turning traffic. Turning traffic should be yielding to oncoming traffic.

Traffic that is coming off the divided section appears to be getting priority to traffic that is coming off the 2+1 lane section at this intersection.
Traffic coming off the 2+1 section will slow down and stop if traffic from the 2+2 section is making left turns.
