[Fixed] [#7405] [2.17] Rest area, Sweden, speed limit issue

The truck speed limit on the highway drops from 80 kph to 70 kph between the fork prefabs at this rest area.
Would it be possible to override the country-wide truck speed limit of 70 kph for this 2-lane segment of the roadway?
