[Fixed] [#7531] [2.17] Switzerland, registration plates bugged

Hi guys,

I've notice that the Swiss registration plates seem bugged to me. The alphanumeric code on some of them is too long and cover the coat of arms and on others is too short and the numbers and letters don't reach the middle of the plate.

Thanks for reporting this. The bugged plates may take some time to fix but should be fixed for a newer version.
