[Fixed] [#7419] [2.17] E18, wrong road signs

I did know these signs was wrong for some long time, but want to report this during time in bugfixing for 2.20.

I found some wrong road signs on E18 to Stockholm in Norway:
2.17 I think this sign is only at way out of intersection, not this. ; [24/07/2017 19:40] (sec+0001-0013);6566.78;58.1968;-49886.8;-0.916383;-0.291705

Maybe you need to check on other side because it's normal to have these signs on both side.

Both is in the same area, thats why I report two bugs in same bug report.
