Wrong Way Offenses in 2.17

When on some of the roads in promods (mostly in Scotland), the road code seems to be acting as if all single carriageways don't allow overtaking, meaning that AI doesn't overtake and I get a wrong way offense when I overtake the AI, which is something that only happens with ProMods enabled. Could you please look into this issue for 2.20
