[Fixed] [#8800] [2.17] BAB44, Kassel, flickering textures

There is much flickering textures at this 44 road from Kassel in Germany. It can be only seen if you move with the truck or developer camera.
I have tested it with a test profile that has only Promods and this bug is still there.
I do have screenshot, but it does not show the flickering textures because it only can be seen if you move. It's near the barrier that divides road.
Update: This bug is still not fixed in Promods 2.20.

This should now be fixed in next WIP version due to solved in the bug report case and this topic can be locked.
