[2.18] def file - road colors

Hello,

I just upgraded to ETS2 1.28 and Promods 2.18, and created a new def file in the process. I selected light blue for the undiscovered roads and gold for the discovered roads on all maps, instead of the default colors. However, in the game, I'm still seeing the default colors on all maps. Note: I'm using Rusmap (with updated connection file) and SRMap (with base folder removed as instructed). Game log is below if it helps.

Can you update Rusmap to 1.7.4? Rusmap_FIX is no longer needed.
You could use Sound Fixes Pack Map Zoom with Promods if you use this mod or not.
It's in manual download, not the Steam Workshop edition.

I just updated Rusmap, got rid of Rusmap_FIX, am using the road connection file in rusmap, and am now using the sound fixes pack map zoom.

Maps are still showing default colors for roads, not custom colors. I think the problem lies in the promods def file. Perhaps SCS changed the name or behavior of the settings for map road color in their recent update to 1.28. Just a guess on my part, but the map colors were working correctly before when I was using promods 2.17 and ets2 1.27.

The problem you are having with the colors for the roads lies with the Sound Fixes Pack map zoom file.
That file modifies the same file that ProMods' Def file modifies to show your selected road colors that you picked before generating your Def file.

That was indeed the issue. I stopped using the map zoom fix and the map road colors are being displayed correctly. Honestly, I don't even see why a map zoom is needed. I can see all the map just fine without it, even the Southern Region areas. In any case, thanks for your help!
