Just a guess - maybe it's near Baia Mare, Romania? Then it's disabled on purpose since Romania appeared in our map 2 years ago. But no idea why it was disabled, I wasn't in the team back then.

Oh I see, so that's why. At first I thought it was related to the 1.30.1.14 patch.
Was about to report a second one a bit ahead in the same road, but it seems pointless.

This coordinate appears in no where and it was replaced with Road to Black Sea DLC.
So this is not a bug.
