As ScuL said, it's caused by your screen resolution, so no Bug.

What is correct resolution? Please help me...

Edit: Problem is font size on that line, 0.76 is too big, 0.74 is ok.

Indeed, it has to be fixed. It says "zapad", just not on your screen resolution, which is different that the dev's screen resolution.

I confirm this problem in my game. The sign text is a little too long for the sign, at certain graphics settings the text is displayed improperly.

Also, "zapa" is wrong, "zapad" is correct.

At the "correct resolution", the full name ("zapad") is displayed on the sign. For example, in my map editor using ProMods 2.26:
