as Turkey is +3 in winters too.

That's because Turkey uses its own timezone like North Korea.

Actually what exactly happened is: Normally on a spesific date, many countries change their timezone from summer to winter in order to save energy. But Turkish Prime Minister ordered to not change it. So government didn't change. And now elementary school students start their classes at the pitch black.

Well, in Poland it happens too. You either go to school when it's still dark or you end your classes when it's dark already. I remember it from my primary school, where I was at school 12:50 - 16:20. That means it was dark outside during winter, when I was walking back home. Not a big deal but you feel like the day has ended already...

Hello, erkinalp.

This bug is fixed by SCS Software in the latest update 1.43, so it does now have own time zone for Turkey with TRT.
So this is not a bug by ProMods side then.
