as you can see in console, there's a missing speed trap limit. Coordinates are only roughly accurate but you can see coordinastes of speed trap in console. sadly without sectors.

I confirm this problem, I get the same warning in my console when I pass that speed camera. I have reported this issue in our bug tracking system, bug #10231. It is not obvious to me why the speed camera is malfunctioning.
