[Privacy/No Support] Error loading load

Hello guys . Yesterday I tried to put a head on a stupid problem without solving for me, I downloaded all parts of promods 2.26, before I had 2.25 and went perfectly, I put the ways I created a new profile and when it loads it says it appeared a mistake in loading the salvation and on the right all that stupid information. I completely uninstalled the game, took the last version and I put the ways again as to the book and the same error occurs to me, so with a whole new game gives me salvation error when I do not I do not even have a salvation. Please a lot if someone can help me. Thank you !
