[Fixed] [#12494] [2.27] E16, Hardanger Bridge, terrain gap

While driving from Bergen to inland Norway, over the Fjord and next to the road near where the road splits south there is a visible gap in the mountainside. This is just before the big curving tunnel in the E16/E134.
