[Fixed] [#16843] [2.27] IS Wrong place for random road event (bridge)

Iceland approximately halfway between Reyðarfjörður and Höfn, I got a random event on a bridge. The cars clip through the bridge scenery, this is not a spot where random events should be allowed to occur.

Fixing these issues with random events is a huge task. In 2.30 there were over 10,000 detected errors regarding clipping. Thus, we elected not to fix the issues in 2.27 so it didn't take weeks to release it. They will be fixed in 2.30.

It's a valid report but indeed we have not been able to fix all these before the release

This bug in this area is fixed for long time ago and it was reported in internal bugtracking system with the case #16843.
