Railway crossing is the wrong way, the lights and bars are rotated 180 degrees.

Both look correct, must be mod conflict. And fix your pictures, they're not working

Maybe you have imgur blocked, they are working fine from what I can see.

On a "clean" profile, it works fine, in both cases. So it must depend on your mods.

sometimes it's working but sometimes not, weird, however as I told the Railway Crossings are correct, when they are wrong in your profile, then it's a mod conflict.
