The railroad overpass in Miedzyzdroje has missing textures at its edges:
(sec+0003-0005);15656.8;51.7551;-17332.5;-0.315741;-0.498153

Albeit very trivial by severity, it can be easily revealed in-game when switching to Top Down Camera View, hence the report.
