you mean the AI´s drive to slow? i clicked some screens from you and the GPS shows the right speed limit.
i´m not sure, but i think this is an SCS traffic issue. there are some threads in the SCS forum about this behavior.

if a developer set the wrong limit, then you would see it in the GPS too. but a developer will know it better. ;)

The starting coordinates are all within the 70 km/h zone, but the screenshots were taken a few metres earlier to show the road signs.

All AI cars max out at 70, the GPS shows 70, and I get speeding tickets doing 80.

not forgotten. i rechecked your first coordinates and you are right.
i talked with the Dev for this region and he will fix it (again).

no bug tracker number given, he takes the locations from this thread.
