There's a glitchy portion of road in correspondence of the A1 intersection coming from Skopje and going North.

Coordinates :

(sec+0011+0011);44931;36.6467;47999.9;-0.528584;0.0434542

Also tried on a clean profile with ProMods only.

I confirm this issue happening in 2.41. I've reported it in our internal bug tracking system number #20695. Thanks for your report!
