Just under where it says Antwerpen, when you get there FPS drops to 40 ish and then crashes the game.

More like RIGHT under -pen.

and test with ProMods only, Sounds more like a mod conflict.
Post coordinates and screenshots, just like the how to Report a bug thread says, otherwise nobody can do something with that Report.

I tried posting a screenshot but it told me the filesize was too big. I don't know how to post coordinates other than saying it's right under -pen of Antwerpen.
Could very well be a mod conflict but the game haven't crashed in spots like that before, I'll go ahead and try with no mods on a fresh save and report back. If it still crashes I'll send the game.log

Upload the image onto a image hosting site, such as imgur.com
Press F11 and then REPORT to find co-ordinates, SHIFT + F11 to take a screenshot & save co-ordinates. Co-ordinates are saved in the bugs.txt file, located in Euro Truck Simulator 2 folder in your documents.

Driving around the general vicinity (and specifically under the -pen part of the city name on the GPS), I couldn't reproduce any crashes. A coordinate would indeed be helpful to narrow down the search area.
