There is a texture ground higher than the road level in fui spa entrance near sibari in Italy. So the truck cannot enter fui spa

I have checked this area, but encountered no issues at and around the Fui Spa entrance. A coordinate would indeed be helpful, as Rudi Raser indicated.
Right now, I can only suspect a mod conflict.
