[2.46] Distance sign in Vinaroz

This sign is located on the N-238 road (which connects Vinaroz with the AP-7 motorway), and yet it says N-340. The correct thing would be to put N-238.

Please see this topic, and provide the coordinates for this sign from the bugs.txt file. Otherwise it'll take a lot of time to find it.
