The blue arrow for movement has disappeared

Hey there,
I am a beginner in the map editor and I have a problem I can't handle. The blue arrow for moving with objects has disappeared and I don't know how to put it back. When I connect objects with the mouse, I can't move in a certain direction, the object mainly moves up and down. It is almost impossible to connect 2 roads to each other. It happens to me whenever I use the map editor. Does anyone know what to do with it?
