New cities not shown in the map edtior

Welcome, I have created some definition files, all looks like this, but with different values each:
I have also created linker file "def/city.podkarpacie.sii":
I packed that to .zip, renamed to .scs and copied to mod folder. Unfortunately editor don't recognize these new cities.

Inside mapdefs.scs:
def/
def/city.podkarpacie.sii
def/city/mielec.sii
def/city/lukowe.sii
...

What I have done wrong? How to make these new cities visible ?
I want to tell that inside def/city.podkarpacie.sii link only to existing cities (which have def/city/cityname.sii definition)
Encoding of all files is UTF8 so it's not encoding problem.

That's interesting. I was doing it like 2 weeks ago and it worked.
Do you mean that the names don't show when you place a City? Your city names aren't on the list of available cities? No errors in log?

The problem was solved by shortening all names to 11 characters.
For example I renamed srednie_wielkie to sredwielk and after shortening all city names def worked.
Before editing cities wasn't shown on the city list.
