I have another question.

I'm trying to add this to my project:

First of all, I checked original SCS files and edited one of them in Paint but it ruined alpha channel so I decided to make my own one in Photoshop. The problem is, no matter if it's 64x64, 128x128, 256x256 or even 512x512 (screenshot), it's still poor quality on the map and you can't even see "430" there... How to make it bigger? "A2" used in PR project is bigger and you can actually read it but I think the DDS file for it is locked in assets archive.

Any ideas? :)

It probably has to do with the way that the DDS file is saved, some export filters are very unrealiable.

I prefer to convert all game graphics with DXTBMP instead

I saved it as a PNG, then as a DDS in DXTBMP :/

Maybe game engine scales all images back to "standard" size?

I don't know if Imgur won't break the image but hopefully not. I load it into DTXBMP and Save as DDS 5.

Maybe I should make it higher and also bigger font with smaller gaps between letters but it won't be close to reality...

The numbers on the map are larger sizes.
Your number looked like the number used in sign navigation.

Primer increase the number and use larger font sizes - but so that everything would fit in the area of 128x128

The numbers on the map we have in this form:

I already realized that I need to make it bigger, so it doesn't look like that ones on the signs but bigger background and bigger font. Thanks for sharing it Radol! :)
