List of hotkeys/commands for editor?

I am kind of getting tired of guessing what keys do what in the editor. I can see the basic hotkey commands to control the editor in the help menu, which is okay for limited work, though if I want to do more I will need to know what other commands are available. So my question is this, can a dev write up a list of commands that can be used in the editor, what they do, and how they might be used in the editor a picture or two might help explain them? I would appreciate this, also is there a file that shows these commands somewhere in the game folders? These commands could be stickied here on the Academy forum for reference.

I'd like to know them so I can become more familiar with the editor and possibly even start to produce work for a US mod of Arizona and maybe in the future develop for Promods on the ATS map.

In the editor, on the top left, there is a "Help" tab. Click it, then click the "Keyboard Shortcuts" tab. You will now see all of the keyboard shortcuts.
