Map Editor: Turning a road 90 degrees

Hello to all mappers,

Is there a way to make a sharp 90 degree turn with a normal road (2 lanes in total going in opposite directions)?
Everytime i try to make a sharp turn the road gets all jagged and deformed.

Yes if you toggle free node rotation in the node properties you can rotate the roads like any other object.
