Backgorund map in gps

Hi guys, does anybody knows how to add new background map with borders, so that I can see it in navigation?

not 100% perfect, but almost .... I have ProMods,RusMap,Southern Region Map enabled...ofcourse this mod must be in higher priority than any mapmods
