Company and Cities

Hello,
i already said multiplie times that im creating a entire map of Bavaria.
But my problem is:
- COMPANY
How can i place companys? In videos they show an logo but it doesnt pop up for me.
- RAILCROSS
How can i make railcrosses and trains who are driving over tracks? On the right side of my country road is a train track, but how can i make a train driving there?
- TERRAIN BORDER
Is there any way to remove the terrain border?
- COMPANY #2
Is there any way to create your own company? I have an warehouse but i need the icon & co.

For the icons ... I'm not 100% sure but I think you have to create one with a program (e.g. pain or somethin' else) and replace that with the existing one
