Dear all,

I've sought and not found, so I will try it this way.

I enjoy designing my own skins (but because I cannot run the proper modding software on my Linux machine, I must find a fitting skin and insert my own artwork into it).
In real life, many companies will use retro-reflective foil in their livery --for example outlining the company name-- so it will light up if headlights fall onto it, in the same way traffic signs light up when the light hits them. Other examples IRL of retro-reflective foil on vehicles is on emergency (police, fire brigade) and salvage vehicles (tow trucks). In the game, I have seen this also on licence/number plates, stickers, and some shields. I have also seen it on certain trailers --see picture-- where the brand name of the trailer is retro-reflective. So it should be possible to do this in a tractor paint job as well.

Anybody any ideas as to how this effect is achieved?

Thanks,

Matt
