How to add models from Bleder and/or Zmodeler 3

Hi, my name is Alexandru, me with my team are working to realise a standalone map of Romania (1:5 scale). We have some troubles to add new models in game. We want to understand what files we need to create and add a model in game with its texture. We work with Zmodeler and Blender... can you explain us how to add a new model from 0 with all passages?
