Advice please

Hi all couple of questions from a new builder
I currently work at a very large steel works that has its own internal truck service as the site is about 9 mile long by about 12 mile wide. I thought this would be good practice for a small map to.begin with. Things look good at the moment however there is a couple of things nagging me .
1. I have barriers in my work (like the toll barriers in game) i have found them in the editor but dont know how to activate them like you do at the tolls.
2. I want to have my own lorry lanes for deliverys ans trailer pickups. This would be simpy by putting a path and some barriers down. How would i then create a choose job spawn point and trailer spawn point?
