Do I have to remove all Bratislava to rebuild it?

I saw in google maps that there is a lot of interchanges in Bratislava. Do I have to remove the SCS Bratislava to make the new one with intersections? And that to Kosice and Brno too

If you make full Rebuild like Wien or London, then you should delete all but if you make only improvments like Milano or Lyon then you should delete only the thinks which you dont need
