I have made new templates and saved them with different names and they got saved to sign board templates, how can I place them?

You also created Sign Templates?
As I see you only created Boards, which you cant place...

I mean I edited one sign template and then saved it as ''silifkemersina'' and it only appeared in sign board templates, is there a way to turn them into sign templates?

If you press back go to board ml2 and select your board (silifkemersina) and then save your templates as "your name" and close the sign editor.
