I have compiled, relaunched, nothing ....
I have checked .sii and prefabs 3 times, I even tried to change the prefab company, but nothing helps.
There are 2 companies in this city, the 1st is recognized, not the 2nd ...

I only see the one from company 1, not 2 ...

It's hard to guess what's wrong with the 2nd one, not enough info. Any screenshots? What prefabs and company names did you use etc.?

In fact, after going to 1.36, you have to recover the new file company.dlc.it.sii,
because it had to undergo a modification when going from 1.36.
By replacing it in my def folder, everything returns to normal.
